Cesstech...

Cesstech is a local SME dealing with cleanroom equpiments. I went there for a job interview in the morning. One of the most uncomfortable interview so far.

The person who interviewed me is a indian and I believe is a local indian. He never clearly explain why he is hiring a staff and he can't even explain his own things clearly. He keep criticize the height I had and is like pity me for couldn't finding a job so he decide to give me the job as applied. He also told me that the company is not doing well and last year there was no 13th month. I am not seriously in the 13th month but I am looking for a perm job,not a temp job as he describe to me. As what he said is like I am on probation for 6 months and is like if the company still don't do well I will be the first to be kick in the ass.How do you expect me to start work and worry about the next few months. Sorry,I am not really up to it.

Nothing really convinced me during the conversation. He asked me to start work on 1st June but I never agreed but to reply him asap.I should be letting him know that I am not interested next Monday.

Interview Cancelled...

Suppose to go for a interview at 2.30pm at Paya Lebar. I was already on the bus 76,2 busstop from where I board the bus,I receive a call from Wendy to say that teh interview was cancelled due to the top management wanted to close that position. Wasted my bus for for that 2 busstop. Now waiting to 3.30 for the next interview 4.30pm around the same place. I seriously have enough of all these interviews. I JUST WANT A JOB! Is it really so difficult?

2nd Interview For Fuji Xerox...

Finally I understand the meaning of Interview Numbness. Remembering my very very first interview at ShowaDenko. I was damn stiff and there are so many things I do not know what to do and how to react. Now,I can do it overcome easily with ease.
Today meet 2 people in that small office. And the chat started very lively. Their main problem understanding me will be the timeline that I have. Took really some time to explain to them and understand my complicated timeline. I was thinking should I draw a timeline chart out so that they will understand easier.
Everything is turn out very fine. I am super interested in this job as Customers Service Engineer. Why? Firstly,I can utilise my technical field,secondly I can get to meet more people in the outside world. Not my full dream job but at least it fulfil 70% of my dream job.Hope that I can get throught and start work before June start.

Job Offered Cancelled...

一场欢喜一场又犹。
If I didn't call them to ask for more infomation on the job I also don't know when will they call me to tell me that the job offered have been removed due to some internal issues. Ok,that is a relief news as I think I will prefer to take up a job with Fuji Xerox. Ok,next Tuesday will be the 2nd interview.

Final Interview...

I have been asked to go for a final job interview at Fuji Xerox. I think this will be a more or less confirm thingy. But I have like agree to take up the job at Gold Roast like 2 hours ago. Oh my god...what should I do? I believe the Fuji Xerox pay is higher.

Job Offered...

Yes! Finally a job is offered to me! It is going to be a Senior Productin Leader with Gold Roast,the 3-in-1 coffee. But the pay although is rather low at $1400 + Bonus. But is a junior supervisor role, I mean why not right. *happy*

Census of Population 2010

Completed the online survey on this Census 2010. Just a couple of simple few in-depth questions of every member of the household. took about 15 mins to complete the whole survey. If not for the officer to call me I also forget that the deadline was YESTERDAY! Nevertheless,it was complete.
From the Census website, I also saw they are looking for people. I applied for 1 of the post offered.

Kampong Glam CC...

Went back to KGCC after don't know how long. If I am not wrong, is more than 1/2 year since I go there to take a look. The main motive to go back is not because I wanted to train myself but is to ask Miao Shu how much to give Ah Boon on Sunday for his wedding. Miao Shu say $20 is enough because is buffet only.
I didn't really train much there, I was like helping Miao Shu to teach the kids. And again,someone guessed my age to be only 15-16 year old. Yah,I am the ever youngest kid in KGCC.
I wanted to learn flip but always no people to come teach me. Miao Shu say next week he will ask a guy from Xi Qu Xue Yuan to come over to teach me. But next week will I be free?
Before I left,receive a letter from Zi Ping laoshi. Chinese Cultural Festival is coming and a event is going to be organised. It seems like things they 2 old man is throwing it to me. I only tell them I can help out, but I don't really think I can organise it.

Raining...

It is raining big dogs and big cats outside now. I am already very vex and now the raining is just making things worse. When will I ever walk out of this black hole? I really wanted to walk out. Any kind soul out there willing to give me a hand? You? You? Or you?
WHAT!? No one is able too? Never mind. I will slowly walk out myself.

Job Application...

Job application is such a headache in the Engineering. Yesterday went to this NMB Singapore to apply for a job as Plant Maintenance. Supposing today will have the result because they will be having a meeting today. Hoping they will hire me so I can at least proceed with a few things one by one. Now the first time will be like head to Simei ITE to complete my ITC and the nearest Kaki Bukit Car Learning centre to get a licence. Then further education will later come into the picture.
I seriously had enough of rotting at home.

New Interview...

Today went another interview in Chai Chee. Another MNC company and its product is monoplise in Singapore - precision ball-bearing. At first I don't feel good at all because I it is a shift based job and it is located in Bedok.
But when I reach there,everything is different. The people are really friendly,no other strict faces was given. I feel so much at home and relax. I get to talk to the supervisors and they are really good.Finally someone commented good things in my portfolio and it is really from the heart. For still unknown reason they would very like to have me in ther team. Pay will be $1800 which is rather high. to a fresh graduate. But the problem I will be facing will be that I would much chance to further my studies. They say that I will be able to try out for 3 month to see if I like it. Definately I will try it than we will see how much it changes my life.
To me it seems like is a confirm job now. But it maybe will only last for 3 months. Finally I am able to find a technican job with polytechnic pay. ^^
Oh,just remember one more thing. They also told me that I will not be able to use the phone during working hours because there is this particular machine which is highly sensitive to movement. Radio waves creates movement so is prohibited.

Graduation Suit...

Nothing much to do today so I went to Broadway Serangoon to rent my gradutaion suit. The suit?...is juz a better make then normal outer clothing over the inner clothes with have to be won on that day. I thought how special will the suit will be. Most of all,it cost almost $30 for renting. OMG, I think I am able to just make one out.
Met ChiKeong over there and we rent it together.
I know where is this Broadway but it is so difficult to get there. Why difficult? It is because you will have to cross the complicated roads and the big drain to make it across the road.I walk a big round to get to the other side of the road.
